Refund policy

Charliebaba will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the product is returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will pay for the return shipping costs if it's a result of our mistake (You received the wrong item / defective items, etc)

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We will offer a replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

RETURNS SHIPPING COST

Buyers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you want us to organise the return using our postage, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
